Being along Ashland, it’s easy to miss, but I’m glad I didn’t. The space is such a nice reprieve from the busy crazy world outside. It’s very peaceful and tranquil. I went in for a facial as the season is changing. Kaila was my esthetician and she was very gentle and informative, giving me suggestions for maintaining healthy skin. It was a very nice experience and I left feeling rejuvenated with my glow up. The owner was so sweet and you could feel how genuine she is about delivering a quality spa experience. They just opened in January and I really want them to stick around so go and see them if you’re looking for a very welcoming comfortable facial experience without any of the pretentious feelings I’ve had at other spa spaces!...more

I had the pleasure of visiting Emerald Ivory Wellness Spa on March 17th to celebrate my the day after my birthday since they are closed on Sundays. From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported into a serene oasis—this place is truly a zen garden in the heart of Lakeview.

The spa, which opened on January 24th, is absolutely gorgeous. Every detail, from the ambiance to the customer service, was curated for total relaxation. The owner went above and beyond, even having yellow roses waiting for me in honor of my birthday—a thoughtful and unexpected touch that set the tone for a perfect experience.

I chose the introductory spa package, and it was worth every moment. The package included a back facial, back massage, facial, time in the relaxation room with their infrared sauna and hot tub—pure bliss. To make the experience even more special, the spa provided wine, water, tea, and fresh fruit, ensuring that every need was met with care.

The customer service? 10 out of 10—no notes. Every interaction was warm, professional, and welcoming. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a tranquil, luxurious experience for every guest.

If you’re looking for a new spa to indulge in self-care, Emerald Ivory Wellness Spa is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be returning—again and again....more
